Book an appointment for my services below. You will receive a booking confirmation via SMS or email.

Instruction on how to book an appointment

Step 1: Service Selection
Choose one of the available services:

👉 1. Appointment
👉 2. Design Services
👉 3. Remote Support
👉 4. Collection by us

👉 5. Then select the type of service ( Hardware Delivery, Pickup, etc.)

Also, Indicate whether someone will accompany you. This is important as the service area is small.
Step 2: Select Date and Time
👉 1. Choose the date and time for your appointment.

👉 2. you can change it via email or phone (2hrs before appointment)

👉 2. After finishing the booking, you will receive a confirmation with details via email or phone.
Step 3 : Review Services
👉 1. Review the selected service(s) with all details, including date and time.

👉 2. You can book additional services for different days and times if needed.

👉 3. Once done, click "Continue."
Step 4: Provide Your Information
Fill out the required fields:

👉 1. Name and Last Name

👉 2. Contact details (Phone No and email for contact purposes only)

👉 3. Type of Equipment: Select the equipment needing service.

👉 4. Brief Problem Description: Explain the issue with your device in a few words. This helps determine if an easier solution is available.
Step 4.1 Choose Your Payment Method
Please select one of the following payment options:

👉 1. On-Site Payment: Pay at the location.
👉 2. Credit/Debit Card (Stripe): Secure payment via card using the Stripe gateway.
👉 3. PayPal: Pay conveniently through your PayPal account.

Discount Coupon If you have a discount coupon, please enter it.

Once you've selected your payment method and applied any discount, click Continue to proceed.
Step 5: Final Confirmation
👉 1. Review all the provided information.

👉 2. After completing all the steps and ensuring that the information is correctly filled in, you will receive an automatic confirmation via SMS and email for your booking. Our team will also reach out to you through the provided phone number or email to confirm the details.
